Proposed Changes to Stormwater User Fee Schedule

The City of Eugene is proposing increases to its stormwater user fees, which are set to take effect on July 1, 2026. These proposed changes are being made pursuant to Section 6.411 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and are based on an investigation into the city's revenue needs. Documentation supporting this proposal is available for review online. The stormwater user fees are categorized based on user type. Single-family dwellings are divided into three tiers: Small Residential (building footprint up to 1,000 sq ft), Medium Residential (building footprint between 1,000 and 3,000 sq ft), and Large Residential (building footprint over 3,000 sq ft). All other users fall into the Commercial/Industrial category.
