Meeting Planning and Logistics Services for EDUC1 Program

The California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide comprehensive meeting planning, logistics, and execution services for their EDUC1 Program meetings and conferences. CIRM anticipates awarding a master services agreement (MSA) with conference-specific Scopes of Work (SOWs) to be issued over the term of the agreement. The selected organization will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, registration, audiovisual support, and post-meeting reporting, adhering to CIRM's Business Meeting Policies. Event-specific requirements, dates, locations, and budgets will be detailed in each SOW. The total compensation for the agreement will not exceed $2,000,000 per fiscal year.
