Used 1989 Humvee Brush Truck Sale

The City of Williston is accepting written bids for the sale of one used 1989 American General M998 Humvee Brush Truck. The vehicle is being sold in its current condition, with no warranty or guarantee of mechanical condition. The winning bidder will be responsible for removing all emergency response components, such as emergency lighting, sirens, and radios, prior to the transfer of title. Bids must be submitted in writing to the office of the City Auditor at Williston City Hall, 22 East Broadway, Williston, ND 58801, by 2:00 PM on May 11th, 2026. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the city, to hold bids for up to thirty (30) days, and to waive any irregularities. The City is not responsible for delays in mail delivery or courier service failures.
