T-Hangar Restoration at Northeast Alabama Regional Airport

This solicitation is for the T-Hangar Restoration project at Northeast Alabama Regional Airport. The scope of work includes upgrading the electrical service to the T-hangars and replacing all doors in three of the hangar buildings. Bidders must hold a Building Construction license to bid as prime on this project. Bids are due by June 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the airport. Bid documents can be obtained from Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC for a fee of $20.00 for digital access or printed sets. A bid guaranty of five percent of the total bid amount, not to exceed $50,000, is required. The City of Gadsden reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
