Description

This notice concerns the seizure of two property items by the State of Arizona, which have been taken for forfeiture in rem. The forfeiture action was filed on February 6, 2026, in Pima County Superior Court under case number C20261091, against property seized from Kimberly Rei Pages and Nicholas M.
