This notice concerns the seizure of two property items by the State of Arizona, which have been taken for forfeiture in rem. The forfeiture action was filed on February 6, 2026, in Pima County Superior Court under case number C20261091, against property seized from Kimberly Rei Pages and Nicholas M. George on May 30, 2023, in Pima County. The property is alleged to be the proceeds of, an instrumentality of, or used to commit or facilitate racketeering conduct in violation of Arizona law, specifically A.R.S. Title 13 chapters on Racketeering, Drug, and Forfeitures. During a traffic stop on Interstate 10, officers discovered a significant amount of U.S. currency, marijuana, THC budder, Oxycodone pills, counterfeit Adderall pills containing methamphetamine, and ammunition. A bribe attempt was also noted. Both individuals were arrested on multiple drug trafficking charges. Any person claiming a lawful interest in the property must file a verified Claim with the Pima County Superior Court within sixty (60) days of the notice, adhering to the requirements of A.R.S. § 13-4307. Copies of the claim must be mailed to the Department of Public Safety and the Attorney General's Office.
