State of Rhode Island: Seasonal Equipment Purchase, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The State of Rhode Island is seeking qualified vendors to establish a Master Price Agreement (MPA) for seasonal equipment, including purchase, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, inspection, and repair services. This open enrollment opportunity will be reviewed quarterly. Services will cover a range of equipment such as tractors, attachments, mowing equipment, trailers, chippers, pressure washers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and snow blowers, primarily for the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) fleet, with potential inclusion of other state agencies and political subdivisions. Awarded firms must perform all services professionally and in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and applicable regulations. Repairs require prior written estimates and authorization via a work order. Parts must be new or remanufactured, and fluids must meet manufacturer's recommendations. Invoices must be itemized and submitted directly to the ordering agency. The state anticipates multiple awards for this statewide requirement.
