Statewide Ready Mixed Concrete and Cement/Concrete Products Invitation to Qualify

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services (DGS), is seeking qualifications for a statewide Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for Ready Mixed Concrete and Cement/Concrete Products. Suppliers who meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and may be eligible to respond to future Requests for Quotes (RFQs). Suppliers are required to be registered as a PA Supplier and obtain a supplier number. Registration can be completed at https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous. Additionally, suppliers must create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal and select the relevant commodity codes: 30111505-ITQ-270 for Ready Mixed Concrete and 30111500-ITQ-271 for Cement/Concrete Products. All qualifications must be submitted electronically through JAGGAER. This ITQ has been renewed and the end date has been extended to July 31, 2029.
