Description

This announcement serves as a synopsis for a Support and Technical Services (SATOC) contract for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services. These services will support the Former Nebraska Ordnance Plant located near Mead, Nebraska. The contract will be a Small Business set-aside. Projects will involve Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) activities. This includes design work for groundwater treatment systems and extraction wells, groundwater modeling, pre-design investigations, preparation of contract drawings and technical specifications, design analyses, life cycle cost analyses, and computer-aided cost estimating. Construction phase services, such as shop drawing review and design during construction, are also included. Firms are required to submit their qualifications by 10:00 AM CT on May 26, 2026. Qualifications should be submitted via SF330 forms through the related notice.
