Negasunt Powder and Tanidil 200G for Animal Health

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Negasunt Powder 100G and Tanidil 200G. These veterinary pharmaceuticals are used for the prevention and treatment of myiasis (larval infestation) in select species, including livestock and certain wildlife. The USDA intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Covetrus North America LLC, the sole authorized U.S. distributor for Elanco Animal Health, the exclusive global manufacturer of these products. If no alternative sources are identified, the contract will be awarded under simplified procedures. The products will be distributed by APHIS via the NVS in coordination with State Animal Health Officials and federally recognized tribal agencies. In the event of a NWS incursion in the United States, these products may be used by Federal, State, local agencies, and federally recognized tribal agencies, including licensed veterinarians under their supervision. Respondents are reminded not to submit proprietary information and must be registered and active in SAM.gov to be considered for any future solicitation.
