Salesforce STRR System Maintenance, Support, and Phase III Enhancements
New York OFFICE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE (128)
The New York City Mayor's Office of Special Enforcement (OSE) is seeking quotes from qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) to provide maintenance and technical support services for its Salesforce-based Short-Term Rental Registration (STRR) System. Additionally, the vendor will provide Phase III enhancements and system integration services. The STRR system is a critical platform used by OSE to manage short-term rental registrations and support enforcement of Local Law 18. Phase III improvements are designed to strengthen usability, streamline workflows, and introduce controlled data exchanges with external systems such as CENDs. Services will include timely software updates, bug fixes, issue resolution, and end-user support. Enhancements may involve improved document management, integration with Box.com, generation of printable views and custom reports, strengthened listing management, automated owner updates, internal investigation controls, accurate Class B Partial address evaluation, and secure data sharing with CENDs via API and scheduled batch delivery.
