Fire Sprinkler System Installation & Plumbing Upgrades at Nevada Youth Training Center Gym

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the Fire Sprinkler System Installation & Plumbing Upgrades at the Nevada Youth Training Center Gym Building, located at 100 Youth Center Drive, Elko, Nevada, 89801. The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is $550,000.00. Bidders must be qualified by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening. Additionally, the successful bidder must have current vendor registration with both the Nevada State Controller's Office and NEVADAePro before contract award, which may take up to 30 days to process. Bids will be accepted during the registration period, but a contract cannot be executed until registrations are complete.
