Event Services and Related Supplies

Prosper Independent School District (PISD) is issuing a multi-award bid for event services and related supplies. PISD intends to create a list of awarded vendors from which to obtain these goods as needed. The initial contract period will be for two fiscal years, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. PISD will select the vendor(s) that best meet its requirements for any purchase. Bids can be submitted electronically or offline, with electronic submissions strongly encouraged. Offline submissions must be in a sealed envelope or carton and include one hard copy and one flash drive. Fax or email bids will not be accepted. Vendors are responsible for timely delivery, and late responses will be rejected. The contract term includes a two-year base period and three one-year option periods.
