Description

The National Park Service is soliciting proposals for the Rehab Rainy and Ash Construction Project at Voyageurs National Park near International Falls, Minnesota. This project involves milling and overlaying approximately 4.86 miles of roadway, including edge line treatment and striping. It also includes the removal and replacement of asphalt in two parking lots and six additional parking lots, along with associated ABA-compliant parking and signage. Additionally, approximately 1,200 square feet of concrete walkway will be removed and replaced. The contract is a firm-fixed-price type with an anticipated performance period of 195 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical approach, past performance, and price.
