Tire Lease and Service Contract

The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is soliciting bids for a comprehensive tire leasing and servicing contract for its fleet of transit buses, trolley buses, and paratransit buses. This contract is for an eight-year term and includes the provision of new radial tires, all necessary maintenance and repair services, and the management of tire inventory. The scope of work also encompasses tire balancing, rotation, and replacement, with specific requirements for tire types, load capacities, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The RTA will provide bus wheels, and the contractor will be responsible for mounting and servicing tires on these wheels.
