The available space consists of approximately 1121 sq. ft. of office/storage space with direct access to an aircraft ramp. This is not a bid, but an invitation for entities to assess the nature of the business best suited for the airport. Prospective businesses are invited to include the type of aeronautical business, proposed lease term, hours of operation, estimated revenue, growth potential, and potential capital investment to improve the space. The minimum rent amount is $1,367.62 per month.
