Hand Held Assay Production Capabilities Inquiry

The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking to gather information on the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of businesses for the production of a Hand Held Assay (NSN: 6665-01-568-0616, Part No. 5-15-32277). This assay is an antibody-based test strip used to detect and identify two bioagents: Ricin and Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB). First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this item. The ACC-DTA is conducting this market research to assist in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future contract. Interested vendors are encouraged to complete a survey, which will be made available to qualified vendors if a solicitation is released. Access to the Technical Data Package (TDP) requires a current DD 2345 certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
