Fire Alarm System Inspections, Maintenance, and Repair Services

The Clark County School District (CCSD) is seeking qualified and licensed contractors to provide annual inspection, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for fire alarm systems, fire alarm control panels, elevator recall interfaces, and associated equipment under a Unit Price Contract. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis at various CCSD facilities, including elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as support buildings. All services shall be performed in accordance with the latest adopted editions of NFPA 72, NFPA 70, applicable International Fire Code requirements, local Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements, manufacturer specifications, and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations. The contractor shall ensure all systems remain fully operational, respond to emergency service requests within the specified timeframe, and coordinate all work within occupied educational environments to minimize disruption to school operations. Contractors must hold an 'F' license with the Nevada State Fire Marshal and a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C-2 and/or C-41. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.
