Description

NASA's Technology Transfer Program is seeking companies interested in obtaining license rights to commercialize, manufacture, and market additively manufactured propulsion catalysts. This technology is designed for mono-propulsion systems, where a propellant flows across a catalyst to generate thrust. The new method utilizes additively manufactured ultra-fine lattice structures, improving repeatability, thruster reactivity, and tailorability while reducing cost and lead time compared to conventional methods. Interested parties can submit a license application through NASA's Automated Technology Licensing Application System (ATLAS) at https://technology.nasa.gov/patent/MFS-TOPS-120. License rights may be issued on an exclusive or nonexclusive basis and may include specific fields of use. NASA provides no funding in conjunction with these potential licenses.
