State and Local Government Consulting Services

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) is seeking on-call consulting services to assist with matters related to state and local government functions. Respondents can apply for one or both categories: state government consulting and local government consulting. The selected Respondent(s) will be expected to leverage their expertise in navigating the complex procedures of public agencies in Florida, specifically the state of Florida and the City of Jacksonville/Duval County. Services will also extend to private concerns in the Jacksonville and Tallahassee areas. The primary role of the consultant will be to effectively represent JAA's interests in resolving issues encountered with state and local government entities. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DemandStar.com by 2:00 PM EST on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Hand-delivered, mailed, faxed, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
