Flooring and Carpeting Maintenance Services at Grand Forks AFB

The 319th Contracting Squadron, located at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing indefinite delivery requirement (IDR) services for flooring and carpeting maintenance. This work will encompass all necessary materials, equipment, and labor for maintaining flooring and carpeting, as well as other related services. Specific tasks may include verification of dimensions, removal of existing flooring, patching, surface preparation, installation of new flooring, disposal of debris, and handling of furniture. The scope of work involves providing a comprehensive "turn-key" solution for flooring needs. This includes the installation of various flooring types such as broadloom carpet, modular carpet, modular walk-off carpet, rubber tiles, rubber stair treads, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), transition strips, and resilient wall base. The contractor will be responsible for all preparatory work, including surface preparation and potential asbestos remediation, in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. The contract is expected to cover services over the next five years, with specific task orders to be issued as needed.
