Senate Bill 90 Mandated Cost Reimbursement Services

The County of Alameda is seeking a contractor to provide Senate Bill (SB) 90 Mandated Cost Reimbursement Services. This includes identifying, preparing, filing, and monitoring eligible mandated cost reimbursement and test claims in full compliance with State requirements, ensuring timely submissions, audit-ready documentation, and maximized reimbursement recovery for the County. The selected bidder will be awarded a three-year contract with the option for two consecutive one-year renewals. The scope of work involves adhering to the SB 90 claims process, which requires thorough documentation of direct and indirect costs for newly mandated programs or increased service levels. The contractor will be responsible for preparing claims, monitoring their status, assisting with State audits, and providing annual reports on claims filed.
