Phosphoric Acid 75% for Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority

The Delaware County Regional Water Quality Control Authority (DELCORA) is soliciting bids for Phosphoric Acid 75% under Contract #P2025-12. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 AM local time on December 9, 2025, at 100 E. 5th Street, Chester, PA 19013. All bids must be submitted and updated online via the PennBid(tm) Program, where all bidding documents and solicitation details are available at no cost. A bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total bid proposal is required with each bid. All bids must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents, which are not subject to negotiation after award. Questions regarding compliance must be raised prior to bid submission. All bids, experience statements, bonds, and insurance certificates must be executed on the provided forms. DELCORA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and select the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
