Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for Dade County

The Dade County Board of Commissioners is soliciting qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to provide services for various infrastructure and public improvement projects. These services may include concept report preparation, drainage analysis, roadway design, utility coordination, surveys and mapping, preliminary and final construction plans, right-of-way plans, erosion control plans, permit assistance, and architectural design for public facilities such as water and wastewater structures, pump stations, and administrative buildings. The anticipated contract period is 24 months, with work assigned on a task order basis. Firms must have experience providing architectural and engineering services to local governments in Georgia and experience with Federally Assisted Projects. Key personnel resumes, scope of work, financial stability documentation, and a rate schedule are required. Evaluation will be based on infrastructure and facility design experience, federal/state funded project experience, technical approach, capacity, and cost management.
