Roofing Materials, Supplies, Equipment, and Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for roofing materials, supplies, equipment, and services. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements for EPIC6 members to procure necessary roofing goods and services on an as-needed basis. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to responsive and responsible proposers who achieve a minimum score of 70 points, based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery. Awarded vendors will be designated as "approved vendors" for the Cooperative and its members, who are not obligated to purchase from these vendors. This solicitation is legally considered a Request for Proposal (RFP) under Texas Education Code Chapter 44.
