2026 Pavement Maintenance Project - Crack Fill, Seal Coat & Fog Seal

The Cities of Excelsior and Minnetrista, located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, are soliciting bids for their 2026 Pavement Maintenance Project. This project encompasses crack filling, seal coating, and fog sealing of paved surfaces. The scope of work includes approximately 42,264 lbs of bituminous pavement crack filling, 66,200 square yards of bituminous seal coating, and 8,700 gallons of bituminous material for fog sealing. The project also includes traffic control measures and mobilization. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN by Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. local time.
