Transit Building Upstairs Restroom and Breakroom Repairs

This project involves the renovation of the upstairs restroom and breakroom facilities within the City of Mobile's Transit Building. The scope of work includes demolition of existing fixtures, partitions, flooring, and ceilings, followed by construction and installation of new materials. This includes replacing rotten wood, installing new subflooring, tiling walls and floors, installing new shower units, toilets, sinks, mirrors, lockers, and lighting fixtures. The project also entails the relocation and re-installation of existing lockers, benches, tables, chairs, and a refrigerator. All work must comply with City of Mobile ordinances and federal regulations, including those related to E-Verify and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation.
