Larimer County Department of Human Services (LCDHS) is seeking a contractor to provide, implement, and maintain an employee intranet platform. This new platform will replace the existing system and establish a foundation for a digital workplace, serving as a central hub for communication, collaboration, and information. The selected solution must be modern, responsive, and capable of integrating with common government systems such as Okta for SSO, Jira Service Management for IT ticketing, and Google Workspace. It must adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and demonstrate knowledge of governmental structures, departmental silos, and protections for Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The contractor will be responsible for providing a content governance plan, analytics, a technical support plan with Service Level Agreements, and a responsive interface for both desktops and mobile devices. Key deliverables include a streamlined access to employee services, enhanced mobile services, proficient search capabilities, comprehensive training plans, and end-to-end migration of legacy content. The contractor must also provide a three-year technical roadmap.
