Construction Manager at Risk for Branigan Library Renovation & Expansion

The City of Las Cruces is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Branigan Library Renovation & Expansion Project. This project involves significant upgrades and expansions to the existing library facilities, including a new main entrance and atrium lobby, extensive renovations to the first floor, and partial renovation of the second floor. Phase 2 will add a new multi-purpose meeting room, an expanded children's area, new administrative offices, and an educational space on a new third floor. The project will renovate approximately 44,266 square feet of existing area and expand by 22,675 square feet. All bids and proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's OpenGov Procurement platform by Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 4:00 pm. Physical submissions will not be accepted, and bids received after the due date and time will be considered non-responsive.
