Wimbee Creek Trestle Demolition and Removal

Beaufort County is soliciting proposals for the demolition and removal of the train trestle fishing pier located at the Wimbee Creek Boat Landing. This project includes the complete removal of the concrete deck, wood and steel superstructure, and all associated pilings. The existing pier has been deemed unsafe for public use and will be removed to prepare for the design and construction of a new fishing pier.
