Signage Installation for Western High School and Geisler Educational Service Center

The Walled Lake Consolidated School District's Board of Education is soliciting bids for the provision and installation of signage at Western High School and Geisler Educational Service Center. The project includes plans and specifications prepared by TMP Architecture. Bidders can view and order documents through PreconSuite. A set of documents is also available for review at the office of the Construction Manager, George W. Auch Company. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with attendees meeting in the South Parking lot of Geisler Educational Service Center, followed by a site visit to Western High School. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on the provided forms, sealed in an opaque envelope, and marked with the bidder's name and project name. Proposals are to be addressed to Victoria Amore at the Walled Lake Consolidated School District. Bids are due by 12:00 PM EST on May 12, 2026, either at the Walled Lake Educational Service Center or electronically through PreconSuite. Late bids will not be accepted. A bid bond or cashier's check of at least 5% of the proposal amount is required for bids over $31,321. Proposals must remain firm for sixty (60) days. Bid opening will be conducted at the Educational Services Center and via Microsoft Teams starting at 2:00 PM EST on May 12, 2026. Successful bidders with contracts of $50,000 or more will need to provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Bids must also include sworn and notarized statements regarding familial relationships, Iran Economic Sanctions Act compliance, Criminal Background Checks, and Prevailing Wage registration.
