Timber Stumpage Sale - Potter County, Pennsylvania

This solicitation is for the sale of timber stumpage on approximately 73 acres located on Sunken Branch, West Branch Township, Potter County, Pennsylvania. The timber includes an estimated 452,255 board feet (MBF) of mostly Red Maple, Black Cherry, and Sugar Maple sawtimber, as well as approximately 73,830 cubic feet (HCF) of Northern Hardwood and Mixed Hardwood pulpwood. The sale is divided into four blocks, and the order of cutting is optional for the buyer. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bid Express service by 12:00 PM on May 6, 2026. A bid deposit of $6,000.00 is required and must be submitted within 5 business days of bid opening. The contract will expire on June 30, 2028.
