State of Mississippi Laser Toner Cartridges Contract

The State of Mississippi, through its Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management, is seeking proposals for a contract to supply a full range of laser toner cartridges. This includes OEM and compatible cartridges for various printer manufacturers such as HP, Brother, Canon, Lexmark, Dell, Xerox, Kyocera, Ricoh, and Sharp. Vendors must be capable of supplying cartridges for commonly used printer models and should offer a manufacturer-supported toner cartridge recycling or return program at no additional cost. All toner cartridges must be delivered within 30 days of Purchase Order issuance and perform to the original equipment manufacturer's standards, producing clear, legible prints free from defects. Defective cartridges must be replaced promptly at no additional cost, and the contractor will be responsible for any damage caused to printers by defective cartridges. Vendors awarded contracts will be required to accept procurement card payments.
