Residential Property Home Inspection Services for Community Development Programs

Fulton County is seeking qualified home inspection companies to provide services for residential properties associated with various community development programs. The scope of work includes performing home inspections, assessing health and safety concerns, and identifying hazards in homes. Inspectors must be licensed by the State of Georgia and have proven experience, particularly with older residential homes. The services will focus on health and safety concerns and the major systems within a home (roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC). The selected company will also conduct final inspections of repair work performed by third-party administrators to ensure compliance with grant specifications and building codes, and provide detailed electronic inspection reports with photographs.
