Annual Contract for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services

Tarrant County is soliciting proposals from qualified commercial real estate brokerage firms to provide comprehensive brokerage services for various projects. The initial contract term will be twelve (12) months, commencing upon the date of award or notice to proceed, as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. Pricing must remain firm for the entire duration of the contract. Tarrant County reserves the right to renew the contract for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, subject to mutual agreement and written exercise of the option by Tarrant County. Should Tarrant County exercise this option, the selected vendor must submit updated required documents within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the start of the option period. Failure to submit complete and updated documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the rescission of the option or the initiation of a new solicitation.
