Respiratory Equipment, Supplies, and Oxygen for Montana State Prison

The State of Montana, through its Department of Corrections, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure respiratory equipment, medical supplies, CPAP/BiPAP equipment, and oxygen for the Montana State Prison. The scope of services includes scheduled quality control checks, preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines, and replenishment of supplies as needed and authorized. Additional locations that may receive an award for these services on an as-needed basis include Riverside Correctional Facility, Montana Women's Prison (MWP), and Pine Hills Correctional Facility. Vendors are required to address mandatory requirements, including business information, scope of services, cost proposal, and qualifications. Confidential information must be handled according to state regulations, and compliance with the Equal Pay for Montana Women initiative may result in bonus points. Offerors must also certify non-discrimination against firearm entities and disclose any use of artificial intelligence in proposal development.
