Vishay Chip Resistors - Authorized Distributor Required

This opportunity is for the procurement of Vishay chip resistors, with specific quantities and delivery dates outlined for each line item. The buyer requires quotations to include all-inclusive pricing, covering freight, tariffs, packing, handling, and any other associated fees for delivery to Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). If all-inclusive pricing is not feasible for foreign products, BNL will be listed as the Importer of Record, with Incoterms set to DAP and utilization of BNL's designated freight forwarder. Vendors must be authorized/licensed distributors of the products offered and must provide traceability of all products to the original equipment manufacturer. Quotations must include the origin of manufacture, Unique Employee Identifier (UEI), published price list for justification, and pricing must remain valid for 60 days. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror with the lowest total price meeting all technical requirements. BNL anticipates a Firm Fixed Price type contract.
