Comprehensive Plan Update Services

The City of Spring Hill, Kansas is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for a Comprehensive Plan Update. This is a key initiative for the city's future development and strategic planning. Proposals must be submitted by mail, with two physical copies and one USB flash drive containing a PDF version, to the City Clerk at City Hall, 401 N. Madison St., P.O. Box 424, Spring Hill, KS 66083. The sealed proposals must be clearly labeled with the respondent's name and address, and the project name: "RFP - Comprehensive Plan Update". The deadline for proposal submission is 12:00 PM CST on Monday, May 18, 2026. Proposals received after this time will be returned unopened. The RFP document can be obtained in person at City Hall or online at www.springhillks.gov.
