Annual Contract for Temporary Bypass Pumping Services

The County of Henrico, Virginia is soliciting proposals for an annual contract to provide temporary bypass pumping services. These services are critical for maintaining the operation of the County's sewer and water systems, which include extensive piping networks, treatment facilities, and pumping stations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for "turn-key" bypass pumping operations, including emergency response 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes mobilization, setup, operation, maintenance, and demobilization of pumping systems, as well as ensuring compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. The contract may be awarded to multiple offerors and is subject to annual appropriations.
