Portland Cement Concrete - Open-End Agreement

The City of Charleston, West Virginia is soliciting bids for an open-end agreement for Portland Cement Concrete. The City anticipates purchasing approximately 500 cubic yards of Portland Cement Concrete on a per cubic yard basis. The successful vendor will be responsible for delivering the concrete to various project sites within the City of Charleston as needed. The City is not obligated to purchase the estimated quantity.
