Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for the Lake Hope Lodge HVAC Replacement project. This project involves replacing existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) fan coil units with new, 2-pipe chilled and heating water fan coil systems. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of the existing Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) coil and an upgrade to an open controls system for the Building Automation System (BAS).
