]facilities master plan
The City of Littleton is requesting proposals from qualified consulting teams to develop its first comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (FMP). This strategic, long-range planning document will guide the City's planning, prioritization, and investment in its civic facilities for the next 20 years. The FMP will build upon existing adopted plans and policy direction to establish a clear framework for modernization, consolidation, replacement, and phased capital and operating investments across the City's facility portfolio. The project aims to align facilities planning with broader city goals, including fiscal responsibility, environmental sustainability, and high-quality service delivery. The FMP will not include architectural design, construction documentation, or site-specific engineering, but will serve as a foundational reference for future capital improvement programs and financing discussions. The City anticipates a 9-12 month planning process with a Not-to-Exceed budget of $500,000.
