Procurement of Various Spares for HC-130J Aircraft

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for supplying various spare parts for HC-130J aircraft. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Alternate parts that meet form, fit, and function requirements may be considered. Interested parties are requested to provide their company name, address, telephone number, and point of contact. Responses should also address whether the firm is an OEM authorized facility, its business size (large or small, including employee count), NAICS code, small business certifications (emergent, disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned), GSA schedule listing, other government agencies using the product, civilian user POCs, quantity discount availability, and estimated total lead time. Following the review of responses, if the USCG decides to proceed, a solicitation announcement will be published on SAM.gov. Responses to this sources sought notice are not sufficient for any future solicitation. The closing date for responses is June 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT.
