Solid Waste Removal Services at Pearl Harbor, HI

This solicitation is for Solid Waste Removal Services at the DLA Disposition Services - Pearl Harbor site. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, for a total potential contract length of five years. Services include the collection and disposal of industrial waste, scrap tires, and military textiles. The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining approximately three to five 40-yard roll-off containers, with specific requirements for container appearance, integrity, and timely removal upon request. Disposal must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, with a preference for recycling and zero landfill initiatives.
