On-Call Services and Materials Under $100,000

Beaufort County is seeking Qualification Statements from vendors who wish to be included on the County's On-Call list for Services and Materials under $100,000. Vendors who are qualified to be included on this On-Call list will be awarded a formal Beaufort County contract that will have an initial term of one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year terms. Vendors chosen for projects will be rotated so all vendors have a chance to participate. Vendors must submit a current Certificate of Insurance when submitting the Qualification Statement. This solicitation will remain open until March 2028. Vendors must clearly state in their qualification statement exactly which discipline(s) they are qualified to offer. Vendors must specify if they are offering the County any pricing discounts off of market or retail pricing of services or materials.
