Automotive Maintenance Parts Contract

Clemson University is issuing Addendum 1 to award additional suppliers for the Automotive Maintenance Parts Contract. If you have already been awarded a bid in FPB #1, no further action is required. The contract will terminate on March 16th, 2028, regardless of any changes made to the supplier list. Clemson University seeks suppliers to provide Automotive Maintenance Parts as outlined in the attached Scope of Work. All submissions must be made online. Redlines to the contract will not be accepted during the submission process. If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed, you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process, and Clemson will consider changes. However, to ensure all offerors offer the same scope, redlines or caveats put on any proposal may make your proposal non-responsive and not able to be considered. Registration on Clemson Bidding is recommended no later than 48 hours prior to bid close. It is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date.
