Westside Middle School Elevator Replacement and Renovation

Elkhart Community Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a replacement elevator, elevator lobby, and laundry room at Westside Middle School. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on June 17, 2026, and opened publicly at the Elkhart Community Schools Educational Services Center, located at 2720 California Road, Elkhart, IN. Bid documents and specifications can be obtained from Arc Document Solutions at https://www.e-arc.com/location/south-bend/. Questions must be submitted in writing to ekowalczyk@jpr1source.com by 5:00 PM on June 3, 2026, with answers to be provided via the website. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at 101 S. Nappanee Street, West Side Middle School.
