Replace Boiler Feed and Condensate Lines

This project involves the replacement of boiler feed lines, condensate lines, associated valves, and piping within Building 2 at the Fort Wayne VA Medical Center. The scope includes the demolition and disposal of existing piping, insulation, and valves, followed by the installation of new feed water and condensate systems. The boiler plant operates at 15 PSI, and the work must be performed in a manner that allows the boiler plant to continue operating and hospital operations to proceed without interruption. Approximately 300 linear feet of pipe, 185 fittings, and 50 valves are involved in this replacement project.
