Description
The City of Killeen is seeking qualified, licensed, and experienced firms to provide demolition and asbestos abatement services for the structure located at 202 N. 24th Street. The selected firm will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, notifications, abatement, demolition, hauling, disposal, and site restoration in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The project is expected to be completed within six months of award, with a possible 60-day extension.
