Kading Campground Well Drilling and Hand Pump Installation

This solicitation is for the development of a well and hand pump system to serve the Kading Campground within the Helena Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest. The scope of work includes drilling a well, installing a complete hand pump assembly on new well casing, a concrete pad, a drain, and all necessary pump components for a typical campground water supply. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and tools required to complete the project, including the proper disposal of all waste and excess materials in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The period of performance is from June 22, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with all work to be completed by the latter date. While no official site visit is scheduled, contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the conditions. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
