Paint and Paint Supplies Master Price Agreement

The State of Rhode Island, Division of Purchases is seeking qualified vendors to supply paint and paint supplies for all state agencies, cities, towns, and quasi-public agencies. This is an open enrollment Master Price Agreement (MPA) for product only, which can be used for emergency response events. Vendors are not being asked to submit pricing at this time due to the volatility of the commodity and potential quantity of items able to be purchased. However, vendors are required to supply a discount off catalog/product as offered to the State of Rhode Island to be considered. Vendors shall supply color charts, tint formula charts, and architectural coating books or product manuals at no additional cost and should have the ability to provide products that follow ASTM's paint and related coating standards.
